We live in an environment that is undergoing constant change, which is the reason why the market demands professionals who are sufficiently flexible, innovative and entrepreneurial in order to bring added value to a company. Companies seek professionals who know how to adapt and manage the new complex resources of this global society, in which the internationalization of business is fundamental and where decision-making grows more complicated by the day.

Within companies and large business groups, we find a new manager profile: a professional who looks for continuous development in their career, to make an impact on the company with their leadership and their level of initiative and to discover new strategic focuses.

Student profile

Our MBA is aimed at professionals with a minimum experience of four years and who wish to make an impact on their professional careers in managerial positions.

Objectives

The Executive MBA at IEDE Business School was created in order to respond both to the needs of the professional as well as those of the company itself, thereby encouraging their convergence and sharing of mutual knowledge, therefore promoting the above-mentioned values.
