Module 10: Internship
The Master's Thesis is the culmination of all the work carried out throughout the program. It must be an entrepreneurial project based on an innovative and viable idea that students have developed throughout their time in the Master's program. It involves the creation, implementation and operational analysis of all decision-making areas, as well as financial and risk forecasting for a real entrepreneurial initiative.
The last part of the Master's Thesis consists of defending the project before a panel of experts who assume the role of a Management Committee. During the presentation, students will be required to be good communicators, put forward their ideas in a persuasive way, and respond to all questions posed. Headhunters and selection and development managers from the most important national and international personnel selection companies will attend the presentation.
The internship forms part of the program and is assessed as part of the student's managerial training. It represents a unique opportunity to demonstrate everything the student has learned in a national or multinational business. It is an experience that enables the student to become the best candidate for the job.
