Nonetheless, admission is dependent on limited space available in each of the graduate programs. Once the required documents are received, the Graduate Admissions Department will begin the necessary processing and schedule candidates for the relevant admissions tests. CURRICULUM Structured according to ten content areas (modules), the curriculum allows students to specialize in different aspects of international business law: Professional Skills Workshop Corporate Finance and Business Strategy Assessment, Risk Analysis, and Corporate Finance Law International Business Law The European Union and International Taxation International Labor Law Dispute Resolution Legal-Economic Sector Workshop Internship Final Project FINAL PROJECT This requires preparing an international strategic operation for a specific economic sector, together with a legal summary and recommendations. The final report must be presented and defended before an Oral Defense Panel. Projects are evaluated globally, looking for mastery of the content and skills of the program as well as innovativeness. The Final Project also tests student’s communication skills, since they must show conviction when presenting the project before the Panel. INTERNSHIPS An essential part of the learning process, internships are carried out in companies with international interests, multinational law firms, consultancy firms, auditors, or with in-house legal teams of large companies. Depending on various factors, the internship will be assigned in Spain or abroad.
