MASTER'S THESIS
The Master's Thesis comprises a team project where all the knowledge acquired during the MBA is put into practice, creating and developing an innovative, real, feasible and entrepreneurial business idea.
The last part of the Master's Thesis consists of defending the project before a panel of experts that assume the role of a management committee. During the presentation, students will be required to meet up to the challenge of being good communicators, putting forward their ideas in a persuasive way, and responding to all the questions posed. Headhunters and selection and development managers from the most important national and international personnel selection companies will attend the presentation.

INTERNSHIP
The internship forms part of the program and is assessed as part of the student's managerial training. It represents a unique opportunity to demonstrate everything the student has learned, in a national or multinational business.
It is an experience that enables the student to become the best candidate for the job.
Internships will be determined jointly by IEDE Business School and students, and may take place in the United States as an option.
