Career Placement Office
At the Career Placement Office our specialized staff offers students professional opportunities and new challenges to boost their career. This Office also provides companies with top candidates for their hiring needs. The success is three-fold, being shared by IEDE, students and companies.
Students and alumni also have access to the following services:
- Individual Guidance in accord with the personal and professional profile of each student, assessment and recommendations for strengthening one’s career options.
- Orientation on new hiring procedures and how to deal with them. Throughout one’s professional life hiring procedures may change. Therefore, it is increasingly important to be properly prepares, in order to stand out and achieve the best results. IEDE familiarizes you with this reality and accompanies you as you take that big step into the professional world, or change your position within it.
- Company Contacts. .Managing new professional opportunities. IEDE is receiving a constant flow of new job opportunities for various areas of business. This information is organized into a placement service, in cooperation with partners, industry leaders, headhunter/recruitment services, and even alumni who, through the human resources departments of their companies, look to IEDE for the best candidates.

A "Win-Win" Situation
A business school’s mission is to prepare future leaders for the working world. From IEDE’s perspective, success of the Career Placement Office represents a triple one: IEDE students want a program that assures them professional opportunities and interesting challenges upon graduation. The fact that IEDE graduates are key players within the business community is a source of pride for the school, and a fact that adds to the school’s prestige as well.
Companies who hire IEDE graduates have one comment: It’s a winning decision. Currently there are 350 top companies that use our placement services. Moreover, a high number of job offers made to IEDE students actually come from IEDE alumni, which total 2,350 at present.
