Our current system of business values based on masculinity, defining objectives and the need for analysis, control and perfection is on its way out. It is being replaced by other values which require connectivity, an inclusive attitude, feelings, compassion, fluidity and introspection. Speaking of leadership and feminine values in the same breath is still a contradiction. And yet we need a breakthrough model which adds value and is distinctive: applying feminine values to business leadership.

Speaker: Isabel de Casas. She is a leading professional with extensive experience in the fields of leadership, values-based management and coaching.

Isabel de Casas has a Bachelor's Degree in Law, a Master’s in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching, a Master’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Marketing. She has had a brilliant career in the H.R. field as a coach for executives at large multinational companies. In addition, she is a specialist in feminine leadership.
