SCHOLARSHIPS 2009-2010 Banco Santander-IEDE Business School of Universidad Europea de MAdrid
Scolarship offered by
IEDE Business School-Universidad Europea de Madrid, through the Banco Santander policy of corporate social responsibility. Banco Santander in collaboration with Universidad Europea de Madrid is working to encourage research and executive training in relation to the business world, support of the knowledge society and social and economic progress.
The scholarship provides access to Masters Programs at IEDE Business School-Universidad Europea de Madrid to professionals based on their academic merit and/or economic necessity.
Scolarship Information
- Number of scholarships available: 2
- Submission dates: from the 10th to the 25th of September, 2009
- Notification of selection:28th of September, 2009. Individuals receiving a scholarship will be notified by email..
- Candidates: University graduates with a minimum of one year’s professional work experience
- Scholarship amount: : 3,000 Euros awarded towards payment of program*
- Program for which application for scholarship may be made: Master's Degree in Trade and International Economic Relations**
- Decision: Scholarship Committee, Universidad Europea de Madrid.
*This scholarship is not applicable to the University place reservation fee which will be 20% of the total cost of the program (without deducting the amount of the scholarship award, which is to say: 2,620€)
**Degree Program adapted to RD 1393/2007.
Scholarship application prodedure
Applicants for Banco Santander- Universidad Europea de Madrid scholarships should submit the following documentation:
- CV
- Attached application form completed and signed
- A letter explaining why you are interested in this academic program
- Academic record
- University Degree
- 3 passport size photos
- Photocopy of D.N.I. (or photocopy of passport in the case of applicants coming from abroad)

Once all documentation has been received candidates will be invited to attend an interview with the director of the program.
To benefit from this scholarship, selected candidates will have a time limit of ten days commencing from receiving notification to proceed with the reservation of their place in the program. Once this time limit has elapsed, if the selected candidate has not completed registration, the scholarship will automatically pass on to the next candidate in line.
