Over recent years, he has given advice to numerous Family Businesses specializing in the Resolution of Disputes, Planning Estate Inheritance and the Management of the Family Business, the structuring of Governing Bodies and the redefining of Organizational Structures.
He is a regular lecturer at Business Schools and corporate groups, as well as an External Advisor on Boards of Directors of Family Businesses in Spain and Portugal.
He has developed his professional career in the area of Consultancy in Strategy, Transactions and Family Business, holding different positions of responsibility at RMA and Deloitte.
He has headed up projects for Businesses such as TPI-Páginas Amarillas, Yell, Vodafone, Telinver Argentina, Publiguías Chile and Telefónica, among others.
Pedro is a Personal and Executive Coach at TISOC (The International School of Coaching), holds an MBA from the Caixanova Business School, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Science from the University of Santiago de Compostela.

He is a personal, executive and corporate coach. Over recent years, he has given advice to numerous Family Businesses specializing in the processes for Coaching the Heirs and Founders of Family Businesses.
He is a regular lecturer at Business Schools and corporate groups, as well as an External Advisor on Boards of Directors Family Businesses in Spain and Portugal.
He has developed his professional career in the world of Banking and Private Business, performing duties that range from Sales, Logistics and Corporate Strategy Management to the General Management of Companies such as Bankinter, BNP España S.A., Banco de Vitoria, Vitensa and Pemusa, among others.
Josecho trained in the fields of Psychology and Journalism. He is accredited as a Coach for TISOC (The International School of Coaching), Bethencourt Strategic Talent, for Coaching Madrid and the Augere Foundation. He has a Master’s Degree in General Management from the European Business Administration School in Paris and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Strategy from COSYF.
