I want to be the CEO: Shared Leadership in a Group of Siblings.

From the second generation, in those family businesses that have various family members incorporated in the business, the difficult decision arises of how to choose a new leader or to attempt to implement a leadership system which is shared between siblings and whose success simultaneously depends on both family and business factors.

The presentation will be given by Pedro Regueiro and Josecho Vizcay.

Pedro Regueiro is the partner in charge of the Organizational Advisory Service of RMA Asesores de Familias Empresarias [RMA Family Business Advisors]. He has given advice to numerous family businesses specializing in the resolution of disputes, planning estate inheritance and the management of the family business, the structuring of governing bodies and the redefining of organizational structures.

Josecho Vizcay is the associate in charge of the executive advisory service at RMA Asesores de Familias Empresarias. He is a personal, executive and corporate coach. He has given advice to numerous family businesses specializing in the processes for coaching the heirs and the founders of family businesses.
