Spanish chains in vogue.
Close to 30% of the Spanish clothing chains dedicated to retail fashion are present outside of Spain. Mango, Zara and Ka Internacional are the companies with the highest number of outlets set up beyond our borders. This information is contained in the results of a study “The International expansion of the Spanish Franchise, a descriptive analysis of the current situation”, compiled by the IEDE Business School Professor Verónica Baena. In this study a total of 968 Spanish chains have been analyzed, of which 139 were present in other countries in 2007.

And it is precisely in these devices that we find the key to understanding new managerial relationships; instant access, anywhere, anytime.

Currently, training and education is a fundamental added value, not only to guarantee company growth, but also for talent retention from within the company. Without a doubt the managing of budget destined for education while at the same time making the offering more attractive constitutes a significant challenge for those responsible for developing human resources policy.

The increasing popularity of sports events.
The America’s Cup, The Olympic Games or the finals of the Davis Cup are some of the more notable sporting events that have taken place recently, or soon will. A look at this list serves to underscore the boom that sports have experienced in the last few years, mainly because this represents new business opportunities for the city that hosts such an event. It is also important to note that the complexity of this type of activity calls for personnel trained to guarantee the correct organization of an event.
