Module IV
Practicum: International internship
Doctorate: Universidad Europea de Madrid
- This module provides two tracks: The professional track comprises a three to six month period of practical training in a national or international hotel as part of an educational cooperation agreement.
- The research track gives the student the choice of combining a three month practical period with various courses designed to develop research skill. This is aimed at students intending, subsequently, to begin a doctorate course.
