Our students in the Postgraduate MBA, GOOD JOB, go through 850 hours of selective and intensive training in the use of technical management tools and abilities necessary to succeed in any company.

Once graduate, students will enter the job market as an invaluable asset for companies which will find in them the profile, qualifications and abilities they need.

In order to guarantee the success of the GOOD JOB programme, IEDE has established a network of links between students and companies. Once the student graduates he obtains his first job with a working contract, thus starting a professional career.

Human Resources Consulting Service:

Our Career Services Department gives counsel, selects resumes, and provides hiring companies with students´ response tests (completed for admission to the School and during the Master´s), so they can check their progress throughout the course, as well as their capabilities and professional potential.

Access to experienced alumni database (Managers):

We facilitate contacts between alumni and companies requiring our collaboration; alumni with significant professional experience aiming to develop their career and who have in our Career Services Department complete support for their development.

Course our Programs at no cost for your company:

Companies collaborating with IEDE that hire students from the Good Job Program, earn a discount of 20% of the hired student´s gross salary in any of the programmes delivered by the School.

Thus, sSchool&acuome of the te;s regular partner companies have been able to send their employees to course an MBA at no cost, obtaining an important training bonus. Also they have the option to use those credit hours on the training seminars delivered through all the year in the Lead Club programme.

Corporate presentations:

Companies collaborating with our Career Services Department can launch corporate presentations to our Postgraduate MBA students, as a complementary way to present the company and to start recruitment processes.
