Lead Club is an exceptional programme for students that course an Executive MBA at IEDE that guarantees 200 hours per year of constant training and updating seminars.

LEAD CLUB PROGRAMME “Actualidad Economica” awarded the Lead Club Program as one of the best 100 ideas and one of the best ten ideas in the management section in Spain in the year 2002.

But School's alumni are not the only ones to benefit from this unique educational offer. All companies that collaborate with the School also can reach this constant seminar offer.

Thus, LEAD CLUB becomes the link between organisations, managers and professionals, creating a communication network essential in an entrepreneurial world.

Companies supporting and funding their employees to course IEDE's Executive MBA Lead Club Program, will have a great benefit: earn 400 credit training hours in our seminars within a 2-year maximum period; given that the Executive MBA is a 400 hours Master, the company will recover 100% of the investment, sending it’s employees to the Lead Club seminars within those 400 credit hours.

If the company partially funds the Master's degree, it will benefit from the Lead Club Program in proportion to the investment.
